Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Online orders are generally processed and shipped via UPS or USPS within 5-7 business days. Please check the UPS and USPS site for their non-delivery dates. Expect an email within 5-7 business days to let you know your order is on the way.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 25 miles of our business address. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

 When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

 ​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

 International orders arrive approximately within 14-30 business days. Shipment to Asia and Australia may take longer. We ship worldwide to the cheapest option via UPS, DHL or FEDEX confirmed address. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Zzatte World is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Custom rules vary so we recommend checking with your local customs office. Orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee if packages are unclaimed by customs. Orders are shipped from Georgia, United States with the total order USD value declared. We do not offer Express Shipping for international orders.    

 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

 In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at zzat0913@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
